Laura Wray has been teaching clinicals since spring of 2017 in various adult med-surg settings. She works full time as an assistant nurse manager of an orthopedic medical-surgical unit at Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital. She has been a nurse for 14 years, with experience in long term care, skilled nursing, orthopedics, GI and hepatology, and medical surgical nursing.

She is certified in med-surg nursing and co-coordinator of the NICHE program (Nurses Improving the Care of Health System Elders) at Avon Hospital. The poster presentation topics she has been a part of include medication education, pain reassessment and CAUTI/CLABSI prevention.
