Rachel Woods is a staff accompanist in the music theatre program at the Baldwin Wallace Conservatory of Performing Arts.
As a music director, conductor and keyboardist, Woods has worked on over 50 musical theater productions in Greater Cleveland since 2012. Her credits include productions at Cleveland Play House, Dobama Theatre, Cain Park, Lakeland Civic Theatre, Near West Theatre and Blank Canvas Theatre. For several years, she also served as music director, vocal arranger and orchestrator for the Shining Star CLE singing competition.
She is a proud member of Maestra Music, an organization supporting women and nonbinary people who make music in the musical theater industry, and has served on the DEIA committee since 2020.
